- Must have experience in dealing with US Customers.
- We are looking for candidates strong in technology consulting or strategy consulting
- Extensive experience in Customer engagement mandatory.
- Sales will be an added advantage.

CTC - Negotiable (current CTC should not be less than 70-80 lpa)

Qualification - BE/ B.Tech with Post Graduation from a reputed institution.
Job Summary:
- As part of our client's growth-focused team, they are seeking experienced and highly skilled leaders who are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to play a pivotal role in driving their business forward.
- This role requires individuals with exceptional domain expertise, a strong academic background, and extensive experience (15-20 years) in either the Retail, Consulting, Technology, Healthcare (Hospitals), Media and Entertainment, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management sectors.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for managing key accounts and will regularly interface with client CXOs in the US
- The role involves high-level strategic negotiations and the ability to guide and influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts in North America
- Regularly engage with client CXOs to understand business objectives and align the services
- Provide expert consultation on industry-specific challenges and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to anticipate and address client needs
- Act as a brand ambassador and nurture strong client relationships and driving business development opportunities
Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of experience in a relevant industry (Retail, Consulting, Technology, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management)
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Executive presence and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Strong academic credentials from top-tier institutions
- Previous experience in a consulting firm is highly desirable
- Must be based in India with the ability to travel as needed to North America
