MAIN OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE:
Position Objective:
- Responsible for business development and relationship management of wealth management clients. Typically manage high net worth individuals with investment above USD 3 million.
Roles and responsibilities:
Business Development And Relationship Management:
- Build a business plan, formulate strategies for building/acquiring clients
- Aggressive and focused prospection
- Take complete responsibility for all relationships migrated if any.
- To act as an effective back up to the team leaders/senior RMs for their respective clients
- Assist Senior RMs in transaction execution. Active co-ordination with back office & operations
Performance Parameters for the Role:
- Revenue, Assets & No of New Clients/ New Cash Targets. Team Management Rating
CONTACT POINTS & INTERACTIONS:
Internal:
- Operations, Compliance, Credit, Advisory, Marketing, HR
External:
- Clients, Prospects, Referral Agents, Key Influencers
