Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and service trade finance related requirements of clients by liaising with operations/Product. Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve incremental cross-sell/increased share of wallet, to maintain highest service delivery standards/VOC scores. To manage the sales for the suite of Trade Finance related across the spectrum of Bank's clients in a select location / region for Corporate Business Segment.
Meet the agreed :
- Revenue targets (liability & fee),
- Limits utilized level for trade products and associated throughput with cross-selling/up-selling within existing portfolio.
- Acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the Trade finance.
- Targets for achieving fund based and non fund based book size.
Managing existing set of clients:
- To manage a portfolio of existing clients in corporate market segment. Meet these clients on regular basis to ensure utilisation of existing limits, ensure cross sell on non credit products and identify newer opportunities in structure trade finance to meet client requirements.
Key Competencies / skill set:
- Product and Process Knowledge in the Domain of Trade Finance.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong People Management and Relationship skills.

- Analytical and Problem Solving
Experience/Education:
1. 5+ years of banking experience respectively, with minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales.
2. Should be CA / MBA from a premier institute
3. Sound knowledge & work experience in Trade Finance with strong aptitude towards sales and structuring transaction. Good Analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong Verbal and written communication.
