Job purpose - B2b corporate sales of SAAS Based HR and Fintech solutions to CXO mainly CHRO and CEO/COO/CFO
Required candidates profile:
Over all 7 to15 years of sales experience out of which at least 4 years in sales of SAAS Based HR related solutions like payroll software, HRIS, HRMS, employee rewards related solution and have a good network and industry connects
Team handling experience of team around 4 to 7, preferably in a start-up setup
Job description:
- To own and take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle ensuring:
- Revenue goals (Overall sales including new client sales and renewal sales) of the company are met
- Metric driven, optimized client interactions & persuasions, follow ups, solution designs, commercial negotiations and deal closures occur with an objective of maximizing company revenues
- Use data-driven approach to spur sales and empower team members to take ownership of their pipelines and to achieve stretch targets
- Manage, measure and guide all sales teams to ensure personal & organizational goals are met
- Focus on both monthly, milestone-based and long-term goals
- Achieve individual goals
- Do everything necessary to achieve the goals including hands on lead generation, sales & post sales management.
- Coordinate with marketing, product and other teams for successful launches and ensuring best possible experience for the clients.
- Build the sales stack and monitor success of funnel and pipeline of team members.
