- Lead a team for sale of residential properties in NCR
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Set up best in class sales processes and leverage market knowledge
- Assess market and devise strategy in line with company's business plan
- Increase tie-ups with channel partners
- Handle existing channel partners and set up processes for effective lead generation through them
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Have experience of selling luxury Real Estate and dealing with HNIs/UHNIs
- Have good knowledge of the NCR residential Real Estate market
- Self-driven and focused on results
- System and process oriented
