A leadership role with one of the leading publications. A senior sales and marketing professional, who will be handling large teams PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Conceptualizing, Executing & Monitoring all Sales & Marketing activities at an All-India level
- Events: In-Charge of All-India events as a SBU handling Sponsorship, Marketing & Execution activities
- 360 degree marketing: To develop and execute 360 degree marketing plans, in Print, TV, Internet, Radio, OOH for Group projects.
- Revenue generation: Responsible for the overall revenue generation, co-ordination among teams & initiating new alliances/tie-ups within the group
Team: Leading a team of upto 200 people, all-India. Managing, motivating & training
Reporting to: CEO
- Think-Tank for Group strategy, new brand initiatives & tie-ups
- Drive national quarterly plans development, implementation and reviews
- Create & implement current systems & processes to ensure that the team function in a manner aligned to the business goals of the company
- Handling of Major corporate accounts & worked closely across categories
- In charge of Ad-sales & Marketing with complete responsibility of driving advertising and sponsor-led activities
- Complete supervision of All-India events including Sponsorship, Marketing & Execution activities
- Instrumental in Alliances/Tie-ups/Co-branded promotional activities
- Highly involved in brand research and create presentations to clients/ agencies for specific projects
- Interacting with the senior media professionals of major ad-agencies, built rapport by innovating & logically presentation of cases
- Streamlining of Revenues by keeping a tab on the competitive activities/ market share
- Conceptualize and activate sales promotion activities to enhance overall media effectiveness
