Company: Urgent Opening for VP/AVP in financial services distributor Company, Mumbai Delhi

What Kind of work you will be involved in-

- Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients.

- Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention.

- Servicing the need of corporate houses for all the products under his portfolio.

- Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products.

- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.

- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, products specialists and accounts.

- You will be handling a team and setting targets for the team according to their size and vintage and need to closely work with them to achieve those targets.

Ideal Candidate:

- An ideal candidate would be MBAs with strong Corporate sales background with relevant experience.

- The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, excellent communication skills, good analytical and presentation skills.
