I have opening as AVP / VP Sales & Marketing in Travel Industry exposure for up-coming travel booking company based at Bangalore.

Sales & Marketing

(Budgeting, Planning, Implementing marketing strategy)

- Establish and communicate goals, objectives of the company to the team members.

- Manage and assign responsibilities to the team members and review there performance perodically and document the same.

- Review sales activity reports & performance data to determine necessary actions.

- Plan marketing budgets & ensure efficient operations within the budgetary limits.

- Implementation of New Marketing and Sales strategies to generate the revenue.

- Manage multiple clients.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, digital marketing and new project development.

- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.

- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. -

- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.

- Identify trends and analyze marketing programs, catalog mailings, list results, customer behavior

- Brand creation and management and overall communication strategy
