AVP/VP - Sales - Mining & Explosives

We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm; currently hiring a AVP/VP Sales-Mining & Explosives in Pune for a Large Indian Conglomerate.

Ideal Candidate :

- B.E/B.Tech in Mine Engineering + M.B.A

- 20 - 25 Yrs of experience in Explosives Industry

- Strong Business Acumen

- Strategic thinker with strong drive for results

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent Man Management Skills

- Excellent Negotiation Skills

Roles and responsibilities :

- Developing annual sales & production plan, identifying new business opportunities (domestic & exports)

- Track & monitor any change to the statutory/regulatory framework

- Leverage relationships to ensure change in rules doesn't become disadvantage to the Organization

- Ensure Compliance to all regulations

- Increase sales realization

- Develop a sales value proposition

- Provide end to end logistics services

- Develop/innovate new applications of premium products

- Assist in developing the strategy

- Manage relationships with key statutory & regulatory authorities

- Plan, Manage & Monitor end to end operations aspects

Education :

- B.E/B.Tech in Mine Engineering + M.B.A
