Experience:
- 20+ years of Sales Experience
- 10+ years of Sales Experience to Chemical and API companies
OBJECTIVE:
- Will handle sales volume of 200 crores INR annually
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with Chemical and API companies.
- Identify sales opportunities, potential key customers, and channel partners.
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate the sales and marketing activities of the Business Unit
- Direct Sales strategy to ensure product is aimed at the "right" market thus maximizing both sales potential and actual sales achieved.
- Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the customer/channel sales strategy to achieve annual growth plans.
- Achieve revenue and profit within specified budget guidelines.
- Create, implement, and monitor customer plans to deliver growth.
- Enable the organization to build a #1 position in the assigned market
- Build the after-sales market and grow it to substantial size in the next 3-5 years.
- Build effective system driven Order Execution team to be able to handle large volumes.
