- Overall experience of 8-20 yrs of experience in the US market and 12+ years is preferred for VP role.
- Overall experience of 10 plus and experience in the US market of 6+ years is preferred for Associate Vice President.
- Business planning
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market
- Set targets at an annual level and quarterly level, in consultation with senior management.
- Developing an action plan to achieve targets
- Building new client relationships
- Identify and target new clients including large corporates, consulting firms, and legal firms for our growth advisory services.
- Engage clients on research opportunities and close business deals by facilitating discussions with the client and internal delivery teams as necessary
- Build referral and lead generation network
- Managing and growing accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Build long-term relationships with a broader set of client teams within the client organization to strengthen the overall relationship
- Set and manage targets for the growth of client accounts
- Identifying new business ideas
- Identify new areas for research support and work with the delivery teams to pilot and commercialize these ideas
- Preferable in the Advisory/Consulting domain.
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
