- Reference Data Product Production Department is looking for a candidate for newly established team in Pune. This is the key role supporting securities processing across PB and IB divisions, through complex maintenance of securities data base and global collaboration with internal and external counter-parties.

- Based in CoE Pune the newly established team will be an integral part of the Reference Data Product Production department and contribute to bring innovation and excellence within Global Operations. Reference Data Product Production counts over 120 employees and is based in Poland, UK, Singapore, US and India.

Main responsibilities :

- Maintenance of securities database for the Private Bank division, by activation and amendments of various financial instruments on IT platform

- Ensures efficient and timely request processing

- Processes customer orders via mailbox and order placement systems

- Daily interaction with internal and external counterparties/stakeholders

- Solution-oriented dealing with customer requirements

- Responsible for set-up / amendment / inquiry processing and reporting

- Supports projects and dependencies in the product reference data area

- Ensures process quality, ongoing process development

- Support for Ref Data Product Production Head India in overseeing of Pune team set-up and growth

- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the collaboration with Onshore teams

- Response to strategic change initiated by and affecting the team

- Ad hoc reporting as required by management

- Involvement in projects outside immediate job function
