- We are looking for a Senior HR professional who has strong exposure in Learning and Development (for Senior Leadership) for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.
- The ideal person needs to have a "what next" attitude in the L&D space, someone with a macro level vision. An experienced visionary who can give a fresh start to the L&D.
- A senior HR professional with extensive experience creating robust internal pipeline by providing cutting edge research insights and relevant design inputs, establishing standards of learning events being delivered across the Group and ensuring its sustainability.

Education : MBA from Top B-schools only
The Director here will be majorly responsible for :
- Contributing in the development of leadership talent pipeline
- Developing internal facilitators and establishing standards of facilitation among all facilitators (internal & external)
- Working closely with Businesses to understand their learning requirements/business challenges
- Designing and delivering world class innovative learning events /products on a sustainable basis
- Identify, develop and introduce new training methodologies
- Constantly scanning the environment to identify, evaluate and work with the best training partners across the globe
