Core Responsibility -
- Understand competitive landscape, identify market requirements, and drive overall product vision.
- Own the full product development lifecycle - from product ideation to determining KPIs, and to market launch.
- Develop innovative features and concepts to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Work closely with product, curriculum, development, game design and graphics team for strategizing and developing the product.
- Design product metrics and assessment mechanisms to connect business outcomes with product level choices.
- Act as the internal and external evangelist for company's products and vision.
- Lead and hire a product team comprising of product managers, product analysts, UI and UX designers
Qualifications and Skills
- 6+ years of product management experience in fast-paced tech (preferably consumer) companies.
- Obsession with understanding and solving the needs of end-users.
- Experience in running customer interviews/surveys, creating user personas, conducting A/B tests across channels, and hands-on with data analysis - Funnels, Segmentation, Cohort Analysis.
- Leadership and communication skills, experience in team management and recruitment.
