Main Responsibilities -
Loans & Advances portfolio of firm consists of Corporate Real Estate book (CRE), & Corporate Structured Product book (CSP)
Key responsibilities would include oversight of team for:
CRE: collection & analysis of monthly data of real estate projects funded (i.e. sales & collection data, cost, escrow flows, project progress tracking, charge creation tracking, NOC, sight visits, EWS, compliances, etc).
CSP: ensuring compliance of critical sanction terms & conditions of the loans, testing various covenants related financials, security and legal, tracking put/call and other events etc.
- The objectives of the above activates are:
- Highlighting/escalating deviations through exception reports
- Providing Early Warning Signals (EWS) and implementing corrective actions
- Preparing & presenting monthly/quarterly monitoring reports to show overall health of the portfolio to the management
Additional Responsibilities -
- Building & maintaining cordial relationship with functional staff of clients as well as in house team
- Extracting market, economy, research and other information relevant to KMIL business and storing the same in a well-structured manner to build a strong information resource
- Maintaining various kinds of required MIS
- Resolution/Troubleshooting of special situation loan accounts
Job Requirement:
- Qualification CA /MBA Finance from reputed institutes
Functional skill set
- Eye for details and analytical approach
- Service orientated and approachable
- Computer Savvy -Word, Excel, Access & Power point is required to develop/manage databases
- Knowledge of Technology will be added advantage in automation of monitoring activities and data base
