- Establishing effective links between strategy, global-scale projects and implementation
- Building implementation and change management plans in close partnership with HR Country Heads and managing the roll-out in the region
- Enabling HR Partners with meaningful material for a smooth landing of the solutions
- Fostering positive relationships across HR functions, regions and cultures
- Through strong project management, steer and co-ordinate the planning, organization and implementation of all Org and People Development (OPD) initiatives including regional execution
- Taking initiative to engage with OPD partners and cross functional teams for effective implementation
- Partnering with OPD regional Leads and OPD partners to tactically outline the delivery approach for OPD global solutions within Region APAC
- Collaborating to leverage regional people analytics to inform regional delivery approach
- Helping establish sustainable processes to implement OPD solutions globally and regionally
- Ensuring high quality of services and a smooth collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), OPD regional Leads, OPD Partners
- Managing regional vendors and suppliers for training delivery including contracts and oversight of budget
- Acting as point of contact for OPD regional execution, including handling the demand planning, registration and enrollment of participants
