Requirement:

10- 12 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk/ Enterprise Risk Management/ Business Risk Management including team management

In this role, you will:

Governance & Risk Management: Contribute to the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) execution, assessing and approving risk in business changes.

- Team Leadership: Manage teams to ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the Control Framework implementation, including policies on Risk Control, Issue Management, Lessons Learned, and Control Inventory.

- Issue Analysis: Perform detailed root cause analysis of issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure proper escalation as per policies.

- Lessons Learned: Contribute to the Lessons Learned Policy by monitoring control breaches and disseminating learnings for process improvement.

- Control Design & Management: Participate in reviewing and challenging control design and management to mitigate risks, including monitoring controls and handling deficiencies.

- MCA Quality: Ensure MCA timeliness, accuracy, and completeness through pre- and post- execution controls (QC and QA).

- Risk Management: Handle Operational and Compliance Risk, assess and manage risk exposures, and support Risk Appetite monitoring.

- Operational Risk Events: Identify, assess, and manage risk events accurately and timely.

- Governance & Training: Ensure governance and training support risk management.

- New Activities & Changes: Manage risks associated with new activities and business changes.

- Subject Matter Expertise: Support risk and control assessments in various risk areas, ensuring sufficient expertise.

- Testing Utility: Embed risk and control responsibilities in the Central Testing Utility and provide training.

- Standards & Procedures: Support standards and procedures for sound risk management.

- Business Knowledge: Apply business knowledge to identify and implement control points.

- Risk Assessment: Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
