Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, in alignment with the board's vision and objectives.

- Provide strong and visionary leadership to guide the organization towards its financial and growth goals.

Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new investment opportunities and business ventures.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Financial Management :

- Oversee financial performance and ensure the firm's profitability and financial stability.

- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and investment portfolios.

Risk Management :

- Assess and manage the firm's exposure to financial, market, and operational risks.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the firm's interests.

Team Management :

- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of executives and professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Compliance and Regulations :

- Ensure the firm operates in compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

- Stay updated on changing financial regulations and adapt the firm's practices accordingly.

Client Relationship Management :

- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and partners to secure and expand the firm's client base.

Reporting and Communication :

- Provide regular reports and updates to the board of directors on the firm's performance and strategic direction.

Qualifications : CFA

- Extensive experience in merchant banking, investment banking, or a related financial industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

- Excellent financial and strategic acumen.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- A deep network of industry contacts and relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
