We have two opening for our client both marketing role with leading IT company in banking focus.
1) AVP/VP - Partner Led Sales
2) VP Partner Marketing is responsible for the overall partner strategy and lead strategic thinking regarding Integrated Marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Market Planning - Develop a strategic partnership marketing plan to generate new merchant accounts for identified Key Partners by division working closely with Account Management, sales and other divisions.
2. Ownership - End to end ownership of partnership marketing programs from strategy, ideation, creative development, implementation and results tracking.
3. Cross Functional Support - Work with Account Management, training and sales teams to communicate and execute marketing strategies and identify new opportunities including offers, channels and products.
4. Reporting - analyze and report on campaigns, identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
5. Idea Creation - Develop impact full online and offline marketing assets for partner acquisition and communications
6. Marketing Budget and control – Manage Marketing budget and track KPI’s and ROI for all marketing activity
Desired Skills and Experience
7. 15 to 18 years of marketing experience with at least 8 years managing business to business (B2B), partners led sales and marketing campaigns
8. Understanding of Japan, Korea, China Market or at least familiarity with one countries, exiting relationships with financial institutions is a bonus
9. Must have strong direct marketing skills across channels including direct mail, advertising, email marketing, radio and retail in store.
10. Ability to manage up and down throughout the organization , ability to connect with
11. Strategic orientation and ability to develop and drive a business plan
12. Leadership, strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive measurable results across a broad spectrum.
13. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
14. Self-starter, energetic, flexible, innovative and willingness to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done
15. Strong negotiation skills
16. Creative and successful direct marketing skills
