AVP/VP Marketing @ an ecommerce brand

Apply only if you are an MBA graduate from Tier 1 College

- Own and improve marketing KPIs for the business and the brand.

- Direct responsibility/ownership of sales originating and converting on digital platforms (website and Apps)

- Clearly articulate the brand positioning/identity and ensure that every communication, collateral and product is in line with that positioning

- Joint ownership of the online originated and offline converted sales

Job Expectations :

- Working with multiple agencies (creative, media and more), providing them clear directions/briefs and ensuring high quality output from them

- Build and manage internal team of creative designers, copywriters and stylists and provide right guidance and mentorship to them

- Develop deep understanding of online, social and search ecosystem and use the same for efficient use of these platforms

- Build and manage the online marketing team

- Build and manage the customer loyalty and retention practice within the marketing team

- Research and interact with customers regularly and use those inputs to refine marketing as well as product strategies within the company.
