AVP/VP - Marketing @ an luxury E-commerce brand

1. Own and improve marketing KPIs for the business and the brand.

2. Direct responsibility/ownership of sales originating and converting on digital platforms (website and Apps)

3. Clearly articulate the brand positioning/identity and ensure that every communication, collateral and product is in line with that positioning

4. Joint ownership of the online originated and offline converted sales

Job Expectations :

1. Working with multiple agencies (creative, media and more), providing them clear directions/briefs and ensuring high quality output from them

2. Build and manage internal team of creative designers, copywriters and stylists and provide right guidance and mentor ship to them

3. Develop deep understanding of online, social and search ecosystem and use the same for efficient use of these platforms

4. Build and manage the online marketing team

5. Build and manage the customer loyalty and retention practice within the marketing team

6. Research and interact with customers regularly and use those inputs to refine marketing as well as product strategies within the company.
