AVP/VP - Legal - Media/BFSI

Currently working on an opening for the position of AVP / VP - Corporate Legal for a Leading Media Broadcasting firm in India

Job Profile -

- Providing support to the senior management on expansion strategy for the company (PAN INDIA)

- Advising the company on different private equities, corporate commercials, M&A’s, regulatory issues, general legal affairs and legal compliance.

- Managing regulatory, corporate governance, and contractual affairs of the Company at a group level.

- Monitoring the correspondence including consultation papers and directions and preparing appropriate replies or comments and ensuring further compliance.

Qualifcation - LLB

Location - Mumbai
