AVP/VP - Legal & Compliance - LLB + CS - IT Infrastructure Services Provider

Our Client is India's first Hybrid IT Infrastructure Services Provider headquartered out of Bangalore. It has a comprehensive portfolio of services that addresses Hybrid IT Transformation, Workspace Transformation, Service Transformation and end-to-end IT Infrastructure Management.

Job Location : Bangalore

Position : AVP/VP (Legal)

- The role leverages 16-24 years of experience into Legal and Compliance space with direct handling of statutory compliance. A minimum of 7-8 years experience in IT/ITeS would be highly desirable.

- The team would comprise 6 Legal and 2 CS members.

Education : LLB (LLB Batch - Ending Year 1999 or before) & CS (both Compulsory)

The Key Responsibilities include :

- All Legal compliance

- Secretarial matters

- Global Contracts

- Maintenance of Statutory Register.

- All statutory filings

- Monthly reporting on statutory and legal compliance.
