Job Profile

- Drafting and standardization of loan documentation and new product documentation, negotiations with corporates pertaining to lending transactions structuring and creating security for big ticket funding.

- Providing strategic legal support.

- Providing legal advise/vetting/negotiations and closing of Vendor Contracts/Non-Disclosure Agreements with various vendors.

- Providing opinion/inputs to the Credit Underwriting Team / Management on the acceptability of the documents or deficiencies/ risks in the documents

Position based with a large financial group in Delhi.
