Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with external teams, consulting organizations to design and implement leadership development strategies and programs that will help, develop and retain talents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the design of learning solutions and learning methodologies to deliver the solutions.
- Create the Leadership and Management development architecture including design and deployment of role based leadership development programs, change management frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs.
- Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies
- Partner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for talents
- Coach and supervise a team of talent development professionals
Candidate Description:
- Should have minimum 15 years of experience with a PG in Human Resource from reputed university.
- Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks
- Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
- Be self-directed and motivated and ability to work across cultures
