Desired Skills & Qualifications -

- 10 - 20 years of work experience in a fast-paced Fin-Tech/Banking / Financial Services / NBFC industry.

- Sales Force Implementation for Email, SMS, Drip Campaigning.

- Leadsquared Implementation.

- Power Curve Implementation.

- Implement multiple cross sell/up sell Campaigns in Leadsquared.

- Play BA Role from business side as well as from technical side

- Implemented 20+ Projects in one year on time considering gather all requirements from business.

- Automations Creation at every stage for Loan Application comes from Website or manual to disbursement.

- Preparation of complete loan journey and implemented in LSQ.

- LSQ - Finnone (CAS, LMS) Integration implementation through coordination with both the vendors POC.

- LSQ - all Bureau (CIBIL, CIRIF, Experian) Integration for capture bureau report along with data fields capture for preparing BRE.

- LSQ - SFMC Integration with 2-way approach as per Business Requirement.

- LSQ - Perfios Integration for Bank Statement analyzing for delinquency check by credit Team.

- LSQ - Karza Integration for capturing reports like CA Membership Authentication, GST Return Filling Report, GST authentication.

- Prepare BRD for gathering business requirement and get sign off for further implementation.

- Vendor Management.

- Closely coordination with Vendor for project delivery on time.

- Prepare Escalation Matrix at every movement of Business Process through LSQ.

- Graduate / Master degree (computers preferred).

- Knowledge of C and C++.

- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Google SpreadSheet, CRMs, ERP.

- Hands-on Experience in Power BI.

- Basic Knowledge of Database like SQL, MY SQL.
