About our Client : Our Client is a leading Indian MNC, with a presence across segments and an extensive market penetration in the verticals they cater to. They are looking at aggressive customer acquisition through digital mediums and aligned to their objective of strengthening their brand presence on digital channels, are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead, based out of Mumbai.

Job Description: Reporting to the COO, the key accountabilities will be:

- Lead & manage complete digital planning

- Manage digital marketing deliverables; planning, monitoring, execution, optimization, research/analysis and reporting.

- Continuously explore trends and new methods in digital that improve upon the company's business objectives

- Select and use analytics tools for tracking and optimizing the company's digital presence and marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with internal teams to create appropriate digital strategies

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Ensure that high ROI on investments through effective and optimized SEO, SEM activities.

- Increase adoption and usage of right mix of digital marketing / media for across brands.

- Develop digital marketing best practices, policies and procedures.

- Increase adoption and usage of right mix of digital marketing / media for various brands.

- Partner management - Multi agencies partner screening, evaluation and management. Ensuring optimum utilization of the resources.

- Ensuring best in class media buys and with bringing best media efficiencies.

- Leading complete Pitch Management Process. From Invitation to screening to evaluation to commercial negotiation to finally awarding the business.

- Digital Media buying and planning at a strategic level

The Successful Candidate:

- Post-Graduation course in Marketing with at least 10+ years of experience in Marketing at a FMCG with more than 5+ years in digital marketing.

- The role requires an innovator, a progressive thinker who can connect digital and social media to marketing business.

- The incumbent must be adept at bringing together the traditional and new age thinking to build digital presence for the organization.

- Understanding of industry/market best practices and ability to incorporate them seamlessly is desirable.

- Our client is looking for digital creators and not just consumers who can establish close links with experts in the field and constantly ensure a flow of these experts into the group via visiting talks, lectures, etc.
