- Driving human capital partnership for bank's branches spread across regions.
- Responsible for: Strategic HR partnerships initiatives, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & New employee Orientation, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Policies & Compliances, CSR & Projects, Performance Management, Attrition management, Campus hiring; Driving R&R and other management's communication platforms.
- People Management, Result Management, Customer Management and Relationship Management through Positive Customer Service Orientation.
- Creating and implementing policies related to work conditions, disciplinary procedures and equal opportunities. Managing key processes such as developing HR brand, disciplinary, grievances, redundancy and performance management.
