AVP/VP- Investor Relations

Job Profile:

- Regularly track, innovate Interact with investors (domestic & international), report investment performance

and address their queries across multiple channels in an effective & time bound manner

- Prepare Board Presentation, Investor Presentation, Company Profile, Corporate Film, Press Release and other investor communication materials along with comprehensive data pack

- Manage / coordinate for investor/analyst meetings, conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls and prepare FAQs, minutes, transcripts / action points for the same

- Relationship management with investment community / shareholders / investor base / research analysts / bankers / lenders

- Analyse financial statements, business / project performance, financial Models, projections, budget and variance reports to proactively identify key initiatives for business / strategic improvements

- Timely structure, review and appraise the credit requirements, prepare the Information Memorandum (IM), Loan application, assessment note & supporting documents

- Liaison with Banks / Institutions / Rating Agencies/ Valuers / Legal Counsel (Internal & External) for pre / post funding /disbursement compliance, etc
