Job Title: AVP/VP - IT Audit/IS Audit

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AVP/VP in IT Audit/IS Audit.

- This leadership role requires a deep understanding of IT and IS audit practices, particularly in the context of digital banking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in auditing technology systems and a proven ability to manage and mitigate risks within complex banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Management and Advisory:

- Advise and promptly update the Head of Internal Audit and/or the VP of the team about significant risks, control issues, and regulatory concerns identified during audits.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of risk management and control processes.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

- Facilitate open communication and collaboration to ensure audit findings are understood and acted upon effectively.

Continuous Auditing Development:

- Define and develop Continuous Auditing scenarios specifically tailored for digital banking areas.

- Implement innovative auditing techniques to ensure ongoing compliance and control in digital banking systems.

Knowledge Sharing and Professional Development:

- Contribute to the sharing of knowledge and best practices within the audit team.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to continually enhance skills and competencies.

Digital Banking Audits:

- Lead audits of digital banking landscapes, focusing on both operational systems (Run-The-Bank) and digital banking projects (Change-The-Bank).

- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of digital business processes and systems to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.

IT Infrastructure Audits:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of IT infrastructure systems and processes.

- Evaluate key IT processes including system and network security management, IT operations, and overall infrastructure integrity.

Cybersecurity Audits:

- Serve as a cybersecurity expert, assessing the adequacy of the bank's cyber defense mechanisms and operations.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT audit or IS audit roles, with significant experience in digital banking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of auditing standards and practices.

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT systems, digital banking environments, and cybersecurity principles.

- Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are highly desirable.
