AVP/VP - Human Resource - FMCG/CD/Retail/Insurance

We are currently looking for a position in Sales HR / BP HR/ HR OPS/ HR Generalist role based at Delhi/ NCR.

- Required experience of 11-15 yrs with full time MBA from FMCG/ CD/ Insurance/ Retail services

Role involves :

- Responsible for handling Sales / Business partner HR role

- Responsible for Talent Management/ Performance Management and implementation of HR activities

- Responsible for supporting implementation of Corporate HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement plan
