Reports to : Head - HRD

Experience : For VP position, about 15 years of experience in HR functions from Financial Sector. For AVP position, at least 10 years of experience is required.

Required Qualification : Master's Degree in HR

Preferred Qualification : Master's Degree in HR from - A- Grade Business School

Skill, Knowledge & Training's :

- Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills. Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people. Ability to train. Professional approach. Excellent Administration Skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. People centric. Flexibility.

- Proficient knowledge in Planning and Implementing the HR policies and Procedure and various HR functions like Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Training & Developments, Succession Planning, Career Development, Employee Welfare, Performance Management, Compensation & Employee Benefits, Employee Grievances, Strong and current knowledge of Industrial Relations, HR Information Systems etc.

- Leadership Quality is essential.

- To support the HRD to achieve the HR & Development team's strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.
