AVP/VP - HR Operations - U.S Benefits (Only Diversity)

US Benefits GPO
- We are ok to look at delivery, but this is a GPO role specifically
- If its operations: 50-100+ team size
- Should have been doing a core US benefits role in the past for a significant portion of their career
- US and Canada benefits - Geography exposure which is required
Key Skills:
- Benefits planning and designing, benefit strategy designing, designing plans, compliance and interpretation, up to date with US compliance and laws
- Working on large scale supplier administration with vendors
- Should have extensive US knowledge - Medicare program and other such US benefits programs, reimbursements, etc.
- Cobra Exposure & Insurance continuation services, annual enrollment, and other such concepts which they are required to be
- Health and welfare, dental, medical and vision (NOT retirement benefits), STD and LTD (Disability leaves), family medical leave act and other leaves which are in reference to US market
- Certifications: Strongly prefer benefits certifications from society of HRM
- Shifts: US Shift (Till around 2AM)
