Job Summary:


As the HR Business Partner lead,. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organisational effectiveness, and providing strategic HR support to senior leaders and managers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programs that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and overall organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

- Partner with senior leaders and executives to understand business goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.

- Drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.

- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations:

- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and programs, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Address and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts.

3. Talent Management and Development:

- Collaborate with leaders to identify key talent needs and develop effective talentmanagement strategies.

- Drive the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.

- Support succession planning efforts and facilitate the identification and development of high-potential employees.

4. Change Management and Organizational Development:

- Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers during times of organizational change, ensuring effective change management practices.

- Drive initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building to enhance organizational effectiveness.

5. HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and present regular HR reports and dashboards to senior leaders, highlighting key HR insights and recommendations.

6. Compensation & benefits:

- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Generate reports and metrics related to compensation, benefits costs, and utilization.

- Conduct salary and benefits surveys to assess competitiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience of atleast 7-10 year's as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
