- Facilitates the effective execution of HR services to a segmented population within the designated business/function department to enable business performance.

- Accountable for providing consultative support to the stakeholders, involve in strategic and analytical based decision making, ability to right skill the function, attract and retain talent and ensure best practices are leveraged and implemented to drive process efficiency.

- Support the aligned business/function department in designing a world class HR function by delivering the right people strategy and partner to demonstrate the value of HR function to the business.
