Designation - Head, Credit Card Marketing for a Leading Bank

Role Description :
Run marketing for the credit cards business for Bank, including but not limited to:
- Develop the branding, co-branding and variation strategy for the business
- Develop the card designs, welcome kit and other collaterals
- Create and execute the go-to-market launch plan
- Use customer insights to develop the marketing strategy for the vertical, and ensure that its delivered as per business and brand expectations.
- Lead partnership marketing initiatives
- Identify & deploy clutter-breaking and effective point-of-sale marketing initiatives
- Run loyalty programmes to increase usage and build brand stickiness
Requirements:
- Must have experience in marketing credit cards in a bank
- Must be customer focused and insights driven
- Must be a thinker and a doer - have the ability to strategize but also to execute the strategy
