AVP/VP - Financial Reporting

Management of regulatory reporting team of 8-10 people

- Capital Adequacy reporting and monitoring regulated entity

- Monitoring of regulatory ratios and ensuring daily compliance with internal and regulatory limits

- Preparation of MIS reports such as legal entity profitability and capital forecasts; performing of analytical reviews, investigate and resolve unusual and/or significant fluctuations

The role will involve:

- Review of team deliverables

- Training and development of staff

- Providing input on new product proposals and liaison with Regulatory Policy team with regards to regulatory treatment

- Liaison with the trading businesses & Treasury with respect to management of RWA and usage of capital

- Ad hoc queries and investigations

- Involvement in various projects to build out infrastructure to support regulatory change (e.g. Basel III)
