Opening – Equity capital market-VP/AVP

Location – Mumbai

Brief Job Profile:

- Due diligence of company’s operations/management/business plans/ legal etc.

- Financial modeling and financial analysis of the Company for pre-ipo placements.

- Capital structuring and pricing of the Issue.

- Coordinating with legal advisor for legal due diligence.

- Drafting and designing offer document/Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), statutory advertisements and brochure containing salient feature of the Offer document/RHP.

- To ensure compliance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and other stipulated requirements and completion of prescribed formalities with stock exchanges, registrar of companies and SEBI.

- Identifying and advising client on seeking approvals from regulatory authorities like Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Capital Commission of India etc.

- Coordinating with stock exchanges and SEBI for clarification on queries/issues raised by them before issuing an in-principle approval.
