Responsibilities :

- Lead research initiatives : Spearhead the analysis of listed companies across designated sectors, including Consumption (FMCG, Retail) and Manufacturing (Auto, Pharma, Power, Ports, Infra).

- Deep dive into listed equities : Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify undervalued or high-growth listed companies with strong fundamentals, utilizing your keen analytical skills and industry

- Develop compelling investment theses : Build and champion compelling investment theses for the investment committee, supported by thorough financial analysis, insightful industry trends, and a strong understanding of the opportunities within Category III AIF strategies.

- Financial modeling expertise : Develop and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions and valuation analysis for listed equities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Market and competitor intelligence : Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes within the listed equity market to gain a competitive edge for our Category III AIFs.

- Portfolio management and contribution : Assist with portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance analysis for listed equity investments within our Category III AIFs.

Requirements :

Education :

- CA with CFA preferred, or an MBA from a top-tier institution.

Experience :

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in investment management or a related financial services role, with a focus on listed equity investments in the Indian market.

- Proven Track Record : A demonstrably successful history of identifying and evaluating high-potential listed companies, generating strong returns for investment portfolios.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in industry-standard financial modeling tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex investment theses and recommendations to senior management.

- A team player with the ability to lead research initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
