- Attend and actively participate in client management team meetings
- Liaison with colleagues in other locations and divisions on HR issues and initiatives
- Support, coach, and advise Client Managers in resolution of critical individual HR cases
- Recognized as a trusted HR advisor to the management team(s) of assigned client departments/ divisions
- Review employee grievances/ complaints. Lead and/or support investigation and mitigation as required while working with Line Management
- Ensure campus relationship and recruitment presence as required
- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
- Assist the recruiting/hiring process
- Acts as interface and advisory point of contact to the HR community representing client specific needs to HR management/ leadership bodies
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior HR team members in designing solutions to human resources problems/ issues
- Will be responsible for the Career planning initiative across Organization
- Anticipates and responds to critical HR related problems and issues. Applies deep knowledge of human resources programs, policies, and practices to resolve these critical employee relations issues
- Will be handling the employee engagement activities which include conducting Employee surveys, focus group interviews and finding out the pulse of employees through various employee communication forums and ensuring the action items identified through such forums form part of the HR agenda
