Looking for candidates with 12 + Years of Exp in selling Elearning tools selling to International & Domestic Corporates.
Candidates applying for this role must be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and strategic thinking and should have an in-depth knowledge of the eLearning market as well as tools commonly available. In this role, the selected candidate will:
- Research, analyze and summarize information and industry standard in eLearning on a global platform.
- Establish a large ongoing pipeline of global clients for eLearning content development.
- Pitch COMPANY solutions effectively after understanding the client needs.
- Interact with the delivery head to understand the effort and tools required and develop a proposal with the buy of the development head.
- Negotiate an effective pricing model and get customers buy in.
- Get customers approval on proposals and ensure agreements have been signed by both parties.
- Follow up on Payments
- Ensure delivery timelines have been met.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must have sold eLearning solutions to an international audience
- Must be well versed with eLearning terminologies, technologies and tools
- Must be well versed in effort estimation
- Must be results oriented and able to organize and independently handle and build on a large pipeline.
- Must effectively communicate in written and oral formats with various levels of staff.
- Experience range should be .
- Should have handled domestic sales targets 15 -20 crores. With international component it should be in range of 20 -25 crores.
- Should be able to communicate with senior most leadership in the client system with full confidence and poise.
- Build strong relationship with the clients
- Ability to cross sell by leveraging existing relationship in the COMPANY ecosystem as well get new logos.
- Self driven and pro-active
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
- Proactively track and monitor latest trends and developments in the Learning industry.
EXPERIENCE: 12 -15 years out of which last 3 years should be in the area of selling eLearning solutions/products
Education: Graduation preferably and MBA in sales
