AVP/VP - Debt Syndication - Investment Banking - Capital Advisory Firm

We have job opening in a leading Capital Advisory firm for Debt syndication.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Set up and lead the debt practice

- Origination and successful execution of Debt transactions

- Develop and implement the business plan for the Investment Banking .

- Develop and manage institutional relationships with potential clients and Investors/ Financial Institutions

- Mentor junior team members to create better delivery and leadership capability

- Generate new business ideas, ventures and service offerings that could add to the firms existing revenue generation ability

About the Role:

IBG is planning to set up a Debt business vertical with a primary focus on raising NCDs, Bonds and other structured debt products like ECBs, Mezzanine debt, etc. including term loan/ working capital syndication

Sectors (Financial Inclusion, Education, Healthcare, Clean Energy, Agri/ Livelihood).
