Role And Requirement-

- Execute debt syndication projects through the entire deal cycle.

- Preparation of IMs and pitch books, DIM/PPM, DPRs, CMAs to the bankers and Fis.

- Establish strong relationship with NBFC’s & Banks.

- Valuation Analysis and Financial Modeling.

- Submission and liaising with the bankers.

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience.

- Educational qualification of at least CA or MBA.

- Must have multiple contacts with banks and NBFCs.

- Work experience into variety of sectors, preferably from real estate.
