AVP/VP - Debt Restructuring

MNC Client in Financial Services is looking to planning to set up debt Restructuring team in India for US Clients.

Role- AVP/VP Debt Restructuring

Job Responsibilities:

- To analyze complex corporate financial statements as well as personal net worth statements

- Negotiate loan terms both directly with borrowers and to work with large loan bank groups

- Work with outside legal counsel in litigation matters and loan and credit agreement amendments

- To interface professionally and support third party vendors

- Ability to handle loan sales and to manage other real estate owned property (ORE)

- Working knowledge of internal loan systems and loan approval system
