AVP/VP - Data Scientist - Advance Analytics - Healthcare/BFSI/CPG

Job Description:

Looking for a Data Scientist to help drive actionable business insights through advanced statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms. The candidate should conduct and manage analysis and modeling in the areas of simulation, classification, time series forecasting etc.

Job Responsibilities - 

- Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and build solutions using statistical modeling, visualization techniques, machine learning

- Work and collaborate with other teams to deliver understandable and actionable business intelligence for stakeholders

- Ability to learn and pick up a new language/ tool/ platform quickly

- Data and requirements gathering; solution scoping and architecture

- Conceptualize, design and deliver high quality solutions and insightful analysis through solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling & Optimization, Price Optimization, Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Forecasting,

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

- A Proactive and Technology Agnostic mindset

- Experience of working on a project end-to end

- Strong skills in data structures and algorithms

- Advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics and algorithms

- Expertise on working over analysis software's such as R, Python, SAS. Proficiency in machine learning libraries

- Developing Statistical & Predictive models on syndicated, survey and transactional data with statistical techniques like Regression analysis, Cluster Analysis (Random Forest, Time Series Analysis), Segmentation, Factor Analysis etc.
