We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Finance candidate with a focus on the Industrial, Auto, and Engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in execution and a solid understanding of business development within these industries. This role will involve working closely with senior management to support financial decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and execute financial transactions

Deal Execution:

- Lead the execution of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic partnerships.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support transaction structuring and negotiations.

- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

Business Development:

- Identify and assess potential business development opportunities within the target sectors.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and potential partners.

- Develop strategies for expanding the company's presence in the Industrial, Auto, and Engineering sectors
