Role :
- Manage contingent workers across various locations in the world.
- Develop & Implement appropriate policy, process, and operations.
- Coordinate process implementation and working with procurement, contract, finance and legal teams.
- Managing global contingent workers strategy, handling temporary employees/independent contractors
- Develop/Manage peer time relationships with stakeholders across levels
Experience :
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in an MNC (exact role & title will depend on the prior exp)
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong written and oral communications
