- To assess and establish financial attractiveness of deals we sign up

- Present analysis of market, category, company we are signing up with, credentials of promoters where required, potential of equity valuation etc to support first point.

- Create quarterly report for each brand we have signed up to enable maximising financial performance

- Develop formats for contracts of different kinds of deals we can possibly get into in association with our legal experts.

- Keep track of collection - monthly review

- Prepare & present monthly, quarterly and yearly P&L
