Key Accountabilities and Duties:-
- Identify new clients and generating a lead.
- Understanding the clients requirements and suggesting suitable properties.
- Taking the client for an inspection of the short listed properties.
- Execute and close deals (the actual lease/ sale of commercial properties).
- Handle documentation pertaining to the same.
- Keep abreast of latest developments / commercial properties available in various pockets of Delhi/NCR and Surrounding area.
- Establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with corporate clients for future expansion/relocation plans, lease renewals, other supporting real-estate requirements
