With continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they're keen to recruit seasoned professional as AVP/VP to augment their Client on boarding team.

Job Description - As AVP/VP - Client On-boarding you will report into the global counterpart (VP/Director) based out of the UK and manage a team out of the Bangalore office. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Understanding the flow of sales reference data across the system landscape for sales reporting

- Analyses of sales reference data issues relating to processes, systems, and data quality

- Providing recommendations on sales and client data ownership and processes in target state

- Working with key SME's to agree data and hierarchy structures to be implemented in conjunction with business management while resolving issues

- Conducting data mapping sessions to create mapping criteria and define translation rules

- Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with project managers, Sales & Client Reference Data RTB teams globally to ensure current issues are understood and business requirements are captured

- Managing the Quality Assurance of all deliverables

The Successful Candidate -

- You should be a Graduate with an excellent academic records, with total relevant experience of at least 8 years out of which at least have 5 years should have been in the capacity of a people manager.

- You must possess comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services like KYC/AML, client on boarding, static data updates and cash processes.

- Experience of working in a matrix environment, and being accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures is an added advantage.
